The Wellness Space is soon to open Torquay’s first hot yoga studio, offering the full Bikram sequence. Practised in a heated room, this structured series of 26 postures is designed to support the body in opening safely and deeply. The consistent heat softens muscles and increases circulation, making it easier to access postures that might otherwise feel out of reach. With its precise, repeatable format, Bikram yoga builds strength, flexibility, and focus offering a powerful foundation for both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Inner Child Healing

Working with your inner child invites deep emotional repair. By gently reconnecting with this part of yourself, you can begin to release old wounds, shift limiting beliefs, and cultivate self-compassion. This work helps you feel safer, more whole, and empowered to respond to life with greater clarity and ease.

Yin Yoga

A calming and deeply restorative practice that supports the body in releasing long held tension and the mind in finding stillness. Yin works with long held postures, allowing you to soften into each shape and access deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia.

Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that uses conscious breathing to support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Drawing from both ancient traditions and modern therapeutic approaches, it helps regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you back into connection with your body.

When practiced regularly, breathwork can help lower blood pressure, improve sleep, strengthen immunity, and support the release of stored stress or trauma. It activates the body’s natural relaxation response, helping to shift you out of fight or flight and into a state of rest and repair.
